How will my pots arrive?

All pots will arrive via Pallet delivery,  this is the safest more reliable way that we can get your beautiful new handmade product to you.
The pots will be individually wrapped/ secured and some sets may arrive inside one another.  It is important to have 2 people to unpack and help manoeuvre the pots in to place.
Please ensure you will be home to receive your pot.
Please check the area that you wish to place your pots. Any Steps, Gates, Passageways that the pots have to pass through to their final destination will need to be wide enough!

How much will is cost to deliver?

Deliveries within 30 miles of our warehouse in Central Perthshire will be delivered by ourselves free of charge.

Out with this distance, all pots are delivered on a pallet by our trusted carrier.

Each pallet will be £70 per delivery for all areas within the UK. This excludes highlands and Islands, please contact us directly for delivery to these areas.

What if I order multiple pots?

We do advise you contact us directly for the best way to purchase and ship multiple pots, we are always here to help and advise and will endeavor to offer the best prices where possible.

 

My pot is broken/damaged 

Please also check your order for any breakages/damages that may have incurred during transit. If any - these need to be photographed and emailed to us within 24 HOURS so we can claim from the carrier and send you a new pot. The Carrier should wait for you to check your order.

Any of the above breakages or damages need to be reported to Pink Buffalo within 24 hours of delivery. Out with this time, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement pot.
